We work with NDIS participants via the School Leavers Employment Support service in to help them prepare for and find work opportunities. Our services are focused on a holistic approach, meaning we help build soft skills, technical skills and work with other professionals involved in supporting you towards your goals.
Personalised support for 15 - 24 year old NDIS participants with employment goals, particularly school leavers and job seekers
Intense Weekly Youth Employment Services for School leavers (16 - 24 year olds)
- Weekly one-to-one Career Mentoring and planning in person
- STPs ( Small Team Projects) - Tailored skill building and experiential learning
- Support to test and try industries of interest / Work Experience
- Support to explore and maintain open employment
Youth Employment Services for 15 -18 year old students
- Gaining additional work experience to complement school programs
- Finding and maintaining part-time jobs outside of school hours
- One-on-one Career Mentoring in person
- Job customisation and employer connections
- Exploring career options and building foundational skills for work
